Regrettably, the recent "missile nerf" implemented in the Quantum Rise patch has taken yet another casualty. The Vile Rune Guild expresses deep regret to have lost ace Buzzard pilot Etharion Calthon from its corporation roster (and to the game itself) due to the way in which the game mechanics have been modified.
The Algol will be sorely missed in our squadrons. May good luck and Godspeed carry you in all future endeavors. You will be missed, Etharion Calthon.
...And damn you, powers that be, for ruining our stealth bombers.

ReplyDeleteI have now had a month to reflect on my resignation and subsequent withdrawl from Eve. CCP made it clear that "eye candy" was what they wanted in their client, not playability. I payed my account in DOLLARS, not ISK...and in these unprecedented economic times, you should try and keep every dime you can get. BUT NO, damn CCP wants to get rid of the Classic client.
THAT is why I left...and that damn stupid missile nerf. I condemn CCP to the airlock for their foolish behavior. The game is a great concept, but it has become too cumbersome for its progenitor.
